License Intervention News
LIP meets Tuesday mornings at 8:00 am at Area II for Area II and Area III courts. LIP for Area I Court is held at Area I Court on Thursday. Upon a referral from the Judge you will be assigned a date to report and an officer of the court will provide assistance in regaining your operators license if possible. Upon successful completion of the program you will return to your original court for sentencing from the Judge.
Please note the Area Courts will assess an upfront, non refundable fee of $50.00 to attend the License Intervention Program.
