Area II Court Jurisdiction

The territorial jurisdiction of the Butler County Area II Court is the area from which cases may be brought and decided.

The territorial jurisdiction of the Area II Court includes: all of Fairfield Township and Liberty Township, the City of Monroe and the portion of I-75 that runs through Liberty Township.

All cases brought in the Area II Court must also be within the subject matter jurisdiction of the court.
