Continuance Policy

Area I Court  Oxford, OH 

A one week continuance for most misdemeanor and OVI cases can be granted over the phone if this is the first request. Persons wishing to continue any felony cases must appear in court and ask the Judge.  

Area II Court  Hamilton, OH

No cases are continued for any reason over the phone.  Everyone must appear before the Judge to request a continuance

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: CONTINUANCES REQUESTED THE DAY BEFORE THE SCHEDULED HEARING WILL NOT BE GRANTED, BARRING UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
 

Area III Court  West Chester Township, OH
