Video Initial Appearances

Video Initial Appearance(VIA)

VIA's  are heard daily at Area II Court for all three Area Courts.  Videos are heard in the Magistrates' Courtroom on the first floor of the Historic courthouse in  downtown Hamilton. VIA's are open to the public.  During the hearing a bond will be set and a court date given to go before the judge.

The schedule is as follows:

• Monday, 10 a.m.
• Tuesday, 11 a.m.
• Wednesday, 9:30 a.m.
• Thursday 10 a.m.
• Friday, 9:30 a.m.
