Ordering Transcripts

• Transcript Request Form  

 You will need to fill out an order for transcript form, and then email or fax the completed form to Clerk Bolser (bolserda@butlercountyohio.org OR 513.887.3568). Your request will be assigned to a court transcriptionist who will contact you via email or phone regarding the length of the time to prepare the transcript and the cost.
